Was in town for Bluey’s big play and my kids wanted ice cream so we decided to go here just to find out that the ac was broken down and its 91 and humid. Couldnt leave cause my kids were whining. We got our ice cream and of course half melted. The employees should not have to work under these conditions. If you are gonna be open with out ac at least offer a discount for half melted ice cream. Shame on the owners.

The gentleman in charge did a wonderful job! He explained all of the flavors and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome at home! The service and the flavors are the best. I've tried ice cream around the country and look no further!

Standard cold stone except really terrible waffle bowls/cones. Don’t usually leave reviews but after paying for a waffle bowl and $8 for an ice cream it’s frustrating to not get what you paid for. The waffle bowls will often be from the day before so they’re stale. Not at all crispy or fresh. So I’d recommend getting the ice cream and avoiding the waffle cones/bowls. I didn’t even finish the last one I got because it was so stale it was basically inedible and not worth the calories.

The employees are great. I was in there in July 2 at 9:45pm. Less than 15 minutes before they close and there was a line out the door. The customer ahead of me was so rude to the cold stone employee. I couldn’t believe it. The customer wanted a choco taco, but cold stone was out of the ingredients. So the customer practically interrogated the employee with a rude and condescending tone. Keep in mind, less 15 minutes before closing, with several other people in line behind us. I would have felt very disrespected if the customer talked to me like that. All over a choco taco. The employee handled this professionally. They showed great restraint and emotional stability dealing with an extremely rude customer.

Ordered an ice cream cake to pick up today and went to go pick it up. The staff had no clue about my cake and I had to keep repeating myself and asking where my cake was even when I have the order details and number! Due to the lack of knowing where my cake was, I was getting frustrated and angry after 15 minutes of them not knowing anything about my order WHICH I ordered it from their website. AND I even got a call after I ordered it online for a later pickup to let me know that they didn't have a specific mix to put in the ice cream cake and if I wanted something else! So don't tell me that you have no idea about my order! Their customer service is horrible! This was the first time I ordered from Cold Stone and the last time I will order from them. These are expensive ice cream cakes and I don't know what kind of crap they are trying to pull. I finally got my ice cream cake after being pissed about it and demanded my ice cream cake. I ordered a pink bunny cake and the cake wasn't even made right! Now I'm really pissed! Does this look like a bunny cake!
